The three-things planner.
One page a day: three things, one main win, and a calm place for everything else. Plus a weekly page for your three projects. Free, in A4 and US Letter.

How to use it.
- 1
The evening before: fill in three
What's due, what moves a project forward, what you've been avoiding. Circle one as the main win. - 2
In the morning: main win first
Before messages, if you can. Tick the circle when it's done. It feels great. That's the point. - 3
All day: catch, don't do
New tasks go under later, somedays under wishes, and big shiny ideas go in the fridge with a date a week out. - 4
In the evening: let go of something
Write one thing you've decided not to do. Then go live.
New to the idea? Read about the rule of three (and its 1918 ancestor, the Ivy Lee method), or start with a brain dump to fill the page.
Quick answers
Is the printable planner really free?
Yes. No email, no sign-up. Download it, print as many as you like, share it with friends.
What paper size is it?
Both: A4 (most of the world) and US Letter. Each PDF has two pages: the daily page and the weekly “your three” page.
Will it print well in black and white?
Yes. It's mostly lines and blue ink; the orange prints as a light grey on a black-and-white printer, and everything stays readable.
Why only three things?
Because a list you can finish beats a list you can't. The rule of three and the Ivy Lee method have both made the same point for decades.
Three things. Then go live.
Prefer your phone? Nuffo is the same page, alive: it sorts what you dump, suggests your three each morning and remembers everything else. Free.
