What happens after the 14 days?
Nuffo quietly goes back to Free. Nothing is charged, because we never asked for a card, and everything you made stays exactly where it is.
What's the founding price?
Everyone who joined before Pro went on sale pays $5 a month or $48 a year instead of $9 or $72, for life, for as long as the subscription stays on. It's applied automatically.
Will you ever charge for the rules?
No. Three things a day, three projects, the 7-day wait, parking, undo, bringing your list in and taking it out are free forever. No plan can buy a fourth project or skip the wait, either.
Why are sorting, chat and voice limited on Free?
Each one runs on AI that costs real money every time. Free gets a daily share. Past it, nothing is refused: a basic sort still files everything, and typing is never limited.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in two clicks from settings, or in your iPhone's subscription settings if you bought it there. You keep Pro until the end of what you paid for.
Does Pro work on the web and on iPhone?
One plan, everywhere. Buy it on the web or in the iPhone app and it follows your account.
Who handles the payment?
On the web, Creem is our merchant of record: they take the payment, handle tax and send the receipts. In the iPhone app, Apple does. Prices are in US dollars; depending on where you live, tax may be added at checkout.
