The reset day worksheet.

A one-day life reset on paper. Twelve questions, about twenty minutes: where you are, two ordinary Tuesdays (one if nothing changes, one if it goes your way), and a page for what's next. Answer in your own words, with a pen.

Page 1: where you are (three questions with writing lines) and two tuesdays (two big boxes, then the honest reason)
page 1 · where you are, two tuesdays
Page 2: what's next. The life I won't settle for, the life I'm building, the kind of person, this year, this month's boss, and three boxes for tomorrow

How to use it.

  1. 1

Pick a quiet hour, and a pen

A Sunday morning, a train, the kitchen table after dinner. Twenty minutes is enough. Phone in another room if you can.
  2. 2

    Page 1: just look

Where you are first, no fixing yet. Then the two Tuesdays: write them out properly, where you wake up and how you feel at 10pm. They get the most lines for a reason.
  3. 3

Take a break between the pages

A walk, a cup of tea. Page 2 is easier once page 1 has settled.
  4. 4

Page 2: small enough to start tomorrow

One line for each Tuesday, one project for the month, and two or three small things for tomorrow. Stick the page somewhere you'll see it.

Rather type it? Reset day asks the same twelve questions on screen, one at a time, and keeps your answers in your browser. Once a season is plenty. And if the vision part feels like a lot, the everyday part is simpler: three things a day, that’s the rule of three.

Quick answers

What is a life reset worksheet?

A page or two of questions you answer in one sitting to take stock: where your days are going, where you want them to go, and one small next step. This one ends in a single line, one project for the month and three things for tomorrow, so it doesn't stay a nice page in a drawer.

How long does it take?

About twenty minutes, longer if the Tuesdays get going. A break between the two pages helps.

Is it a vision worksheet?

Sort of, a down-to-earth one. Instead of a vision board, you picture one ordinary Tuesday, because that's where the years actually go.

Is it really free?

Yes. No email, no sign-up. Print as many as you like, do it again next season, share it.

Does it print in black and white?

Yes. It's mostly lines and blue ink; the orange prints as a light grey and everything stays readable.

A little focus. A lot more life.

Want it to stick? Do the reset day online, then keep it in Nuffo: your line stays, this month’s project becomes one of your projects (a brand-new one waits a week first), and tomorrow’s things wait for you to pick. Free to start.
